Our goal is for you to love your All The Audacity™ items as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please continue to read our Return/Exchange policy. 


Do you offer refunds?
All items are custom-made to order. We want you to be satisfied with your order, therefore, if you experience any issues with your order (wrong, damaged, or defective item), please contact us at care@alltheaudacity.com.

What’s your return policy?
All items are custom-made to order. Therefore, we don’t offer returns and exchanges.  However, if you experienced something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at care@alltheaudacity.com.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, because all items are custom-made to order, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at care@alltheaudacity.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
